Apologies for a late response - have had several other commitments. The 50% of limit sounds about right although it's gauged by how far the train can see the signal (the autopilot distance). It depends on how you use Content Manager - the Trainz Download Station can help find some items that Content Manager cannot. The only thing to be aware of though is that the downloading is a bit more complex as it involves extra clicks.

Sounds like something's changed in Win10 if that's the case - did you try restarting the computer after making the change?
